Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in a senior HR role, preferably within a group of companies or a diverse organizational structure.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive HR issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with the company's goals.
  • Lead recruitment efforts and ensure the selection of top-quality candidates.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs effectively.
