- Direct responsibilities of site inspection and sub-cons management
- Ensure site safety with safety points of view
- Arrange project timeline
- Manage respective team to ensure the project submission before deadline
- Day to day site monitoring
- Daily Report to project director
- Schedule with sub-cons and suppliers on site
- Assure project quality and results
- Inventory management and control
- Oversee the design details elements installation

Job Requirements

- B.E (Civil), Diploma/Certificate in related field
- Age above 30 years
- Able to travel and work OT
- Minimum of 4 years experiences in interior renovation projects
- Ability to read interior design details and drawings
- Ability to do strong coordination and communicate between clients, sub-cons, interior designers and other
professional teams
- Strong experience in material knowledge and inventory control
- Knowledge in M&E is a must
- Confident and Self-Determined
- Critical Thinking

- Communication skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Active and Well-organized
- Good in English Language Proficiency
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
