- Interpret technical designs and drawings
- Manage mechanical works to meet project specifications, budgets and timeline
- Prepare reports to clients and project manager on progress, delays, defects and rectification measures for the mechanical works
- Provide technical advice and resolve mechanical technical issues on site
- Assist PM/foreign Manager to work on project smoothly
- Give traing and manage junior members
- Installation of green building technologies, lighting, air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation in the construction project
-Drafting design using Auto CAD
-Any ad-hoc duties assigned
