Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Assist in processing purchase requisitions, purchase orders and goods received purchase order in SAP and Excel.
Collect and organize procurement-related documents, including purchase requisitions, purchase order, delivery order note and supplier invoice.
Follow up on order status and update records accordingly.
Communicate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely procurement.
Support procurement comparison processes based on cost, quality, and delivery terms.
Check the inventory stock before purchase process when receive material order form.
Check the supplier invoice and prepare the payment claims for approval.
Maintain procurement records and assist with reporting.

Job Requirements

Minimum education: Graduation completed.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and power BI.
Ability to travel to purchase materials as needed.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with procurement processes for construction materials and equipment.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction industry.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
