Role Overview / Job Description:

• The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for supporting the strategic goals of our organization, includings various online product lines, the websites, mobile applications, email marketing, as well as advanced internal tools such as CRM, as well as ensuring compliance of all departments with Company’s Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC). Senior PMs drive the relentless innovation required to stay ahead in an extremely dynamic and competitive industry.  
• The Senior Product Manager will help maintain a product roadmap and will be responsible for communication with all stakeholders (business heads, marketing, developers, and senior management) to ensure that Company’s products continue to perform at the highest possible level and serve the needs of our many customer groups.
• You will see the big picture and the small detail at the same time, andl understand the broad needs of the business, scan the competitive landscape in which the products operate, spot trends and technical developments and update the product roadmap to support Company’s strategic direction.  At the same time, you will understand every detail of the product from design to functionality to usability.  You will need to understand and take responsibility for the Company's key performance metrics – conversion, repeat rates, ROI, website KPIs, bounce rates etc and define new products being built to support business growth.
• In summary, the Senior Product Manager can expect to work on the cutting edge of technology, data, digital marketing, user experience and business decision making – all at a scale that very few companies in Myanmar can offer. 

Responsibilities:

• Supporting and Leading company-wide product innovation
• Setting strategic direction of the site based on customer needs and business goals
• Converting strategic goals into operational tasks
• Working with graphic designers to create and maintain consistent, branded look and feel across all products
• Defining navigational flow and user experience on the site, apps, etc.
• Making proposals to senior management regarding implications of proposed plans, stakeholder management
• Developing and implementing administrative and operational matters ensuring achievement of objectives
• Meeting KPIs for all projects and evaluating the success of a project.
• Evaluating risks and tradeoffs associated with each course of action
• Working closely with users to ensure all projects meet business needs and users are satisfied with offered products. 
• Developing technical and functional specifications for IT development managers and overseen full product development lifecycle from idea, design, development, release and to post-release performance and maintenance. 
• Managing Company’s PDLC and ensuring departments’ and key stakeholders approvals and compliance with it, and ensure adequate business case to support all new product development or enhancements
• Overseen data analytics, prepare forecasts, develop go-to-market plan

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial experience. 
• Proven ability to leverage analytics (including but not limited to Google Analytics) and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making processes
• Rich experience in both relational and non-relational database designs 
• Experience in web design, functionality and testing
• Knowledge of Javascript, HTML, CSS, APIs, AJAX, PhP or ASP.NET is a strong asset..
• Experience in Product Management software (e.g. JIRA, Asana, Trello) and Product Development Lifecycle Methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) is a must. 
• Experience in mobile-app development is highly desirable
• Experience in IT team management of at least 3 people
• Previously recognized educational accomplishments in Computer Science are an advantage
• SEO and Google Search Console experience desired
• Extensive experience with Heatmaps and other tracking analytical software
• Previous experience in Recruitment and / or Real Estate platforms will be highly appreciated.
