Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction site, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Review construction drawings and identify technical discrepancies or site coordination issues before execution.
  • Coordinate material requirements, manpower allocation, equipment, and subcontractor activities
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, schedules, and progress completion.
  • Support quantity verification, material usage monitoring, and variation assessments
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers and site staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in site engineering, with a focus on construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; knowledge of project scheduling software is an advantage
