Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Supervise daily civil and structural construction works, including foundations, reinforced concrete structures, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
Ensure construction activities comply with approved architectural and structural drawings, method statements, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with the Project Manager, architects, MEP engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
Monitor site progress and ensure construction activities meet project schedules and milestones.
Review construction drawings and identify technical discrepancies or site coordination issues before execution.
Conduct site inspections and ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures.
Coordinate material requirements, manpower allocation, equipment, and subcontractor activities.
Prepare daily site reports, weekly progress reports, inspection requests, and work records.
Identify construction risks, resolve technical problems, and report major issues to management.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements and maintain good housekeeping at the construction site.
Support quantity verification, material usage monitoring, and variation assessments.
Guide and supervise Site Engineers, Junior Engineers, and site supervisors.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant civil construction experience, preferably in residential or high-rise building projects.
Proven experience in reinforced concrete structures, foundations, building construction, and finishing works.
Good knowledge of construction drawings, construction methods, quality control, and site safety.
Ability to coordinate subcontractors, manage site teams, and solve technical construction problems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; knowledge of project scheduling software is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
