- Responsible for supporting implementation and Maintenance to Card
Management System and Bank Switch for all card issuing and acquiring
projects
- Responsible for preparing test cases and leading the testing environment for issuing/acquiring projects
- Responsible for all issuing and acquiring certification process by
coordinating with Payment regulator (MPU/UPI/VISA/Master/JCB)
- Responsible for preparation of SIT UAT Pilot Environment
- Gathering business requirements and discuss with related vendors
- Coordination with Payment regulator (MPU/UPI/VISA/Master/JCB)
- Responsible for Card Personalization process to issue cards , Key
Management , etc
- Troubleshooting the daily issues and incident with root cause analysis by
coordination with related vendors and operation team
- Responsible for online card issuing projects , ecommerce , payment , etc
- Report to Card Head 

- Bachelor degree or other equivalent in IT

- Must have experience for certification process with Issuing and Acquiring (at least participate in one MPU and one UPI Certification project) 

- Must have experience in Payment Industry for both issuing and Acquiring

- Must have Technical knowledg of Payment Network in advance (eg ISO , NDC+ messaging and payment architecture )

- Experience in handling payment switch and CMS system (Prefer CardZone Switch)

- Have knowledge how to support automize settlement , reconcilation and dispute process

- Must have experience in card issuing project and Card personalization processs (more than one issuing project involve)

- Have experience about (ATM or CRM) and POS terminals how integrate with bank switch and acquiring process (participate more than one acquiring ATM or POS project)

- Prefer to know about Database especially MS SQL

- At least 4 years Experience in related field
