Assign duties to staff and monitor attendance.
Monitor sales targets and customer service quality.
Check stock, products, cash, and POS operations.
Handle customer complaints appropriately.
Prepare and submit daily sales and operations reports.
Ensure compliance with store rules, regulations, and company SOPs.
Lead team members and provide training when necessary.

Job Requirements
Experience in Retail, Bakery, Café, or Restaurant operations is preferred.
At least 2 years of experience as a Shop In-Charge is preferred.
Ability to lead and manage a team.
Good customer service skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of stock and cash control.
Ability to use computers and Odoo.
Responsible, organized, and systematic in working.
