Showroom Manager responsibilities 

1. Oversee daily showroom operation & maintain high-end brand image.

2. Manage, train and motivate the showroom sales team.

3. Optimize product display & keep showroom tidy & upscale.

4. Receive high-end customers & assist in deal closing.

5. Achieve showroom sales & payment collection targets.

6. Execute in-store marketing activities & events.

7. Handle customer complaints & after-sales coordination.

Job Requirements

Any Bachalor Degree or Professional certificate 

Age of between 30 to 35 

Over 4 years working experience in Showroom & Customer Service Management.

Good communication Skill and negotiation Skill

Proficient in Chinese 

Microsoft Office Skill 

Customer Complaint & Customer Relationship Management Skill
