We will be recruiting for this position at the upcoming JobNation Job fair Mandalay on 15-November-2026 at Mingalar Mandalay Hotel.

  • Ensure store cleanliness, neatness, and overall appearance.
  • Arrange and maintain window displays creatively according to instructions.
  • Supervise product designs, colors, sizes, and quantities to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Monitor staff attendance, assigned duties, and customer service performance.
  • Assign and supervise daily store cleaning tasks.
  • Monitor staff discipline, work performance, and operational challenges; report to the Store Manager.
  • Take charge of store operations in the Manager’s absence.

Job Requirements

  •  Any Graduate; knowledge of Sales & Marketing is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good character, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
  • Presentable appearance with good personal hygiene and grooming.
