- Monitoring with Sub-Contractor and Labour work done process.
- If need provide the technical advice and solving problems on site.
- Supervise daily report and submit the management team.
-Manage the site schedule and worker Quality Control- Maintain good relationship with site workers, contractors, and suppliers- Ensure timely delivery of projects according to schedule- Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise- Estimating the civil work- Able to follow rules and regulation

Job Requirements
-Must be A.G.T.I (Civil)/BE (Civil)Degree Holder
-Minimum (3) years working experience in Interior Design & Decoration Company, Construction field.
-Good Communication Skill, Reporting Skill, Interpersonal Skill.
-Must be able to read and write Auto CAD (2D,3D)
-Must Have Experience In Estimate and QS
-Must travel any location in Myanmar
- Must be able to work overtime
