Position responsibilities：

• Site supervision on each stage for all implementation works from SKOM till PAC, including but not limited, CW, Power, Osp, Fiber, TI, migration works, tests, etc.
• Strictly follow ZTE QEHS Policy, technical requirements, LLD, implementation SOP.
• Strictly follow Team Leader/Regional Team Leader instructions, plans and guidelines.
• Within sites supervision must ensure all works, being done by subcontractor, are matching to SOP, LLD and ZTE QEHS standards.
• Ensure all specifications and requirements of ZTE are well known and in use by the subcontractors.
• Ensure the quality and EHS processes are effectively implemented by subcontractors.
• Before start works, check and confirm all data, location, design, etc. on the site are fully matching with LLD.
• Check and verify whether TSSR/LLD information is matching with actual situation on the site. Immediately inform TL and Project coordinator for any mismatch.
• Check and confirm SOW/Quantity into LLD is matching with actual quantity need to be done on the site. Immediately inform TL and Project coordinator for any mismatch.
• Check on the field and confirm the site has no predictable, visible or any suddenly occurred issues, might affect to works implementations.
• Check and confirm all materials supplied by subcon and used for the implementation works, - good quality and fully comply SOP, LLD and ZTE Quality requirements. No rusted rebar allow for the foundation reinforcement.
• To act as a focal point for all quality and HS problems and to ensure that the corrective and preventive actions are carried out.
• start any kind of activities/works on the site and daily Quality check list and Health safety check list filled in and following by Subcon team leader within whole day while works execution.
• Ensuring the subcon is submitting the HS and Safety doc for their team in EPMS.
• Check and control team have PPE, wear it, team has drinking water, getting lunch.
• In case of QEHS violations, take urgent actions for the rectification. If violation is critical, stop the works until rectification, inform Subcon TL, PM and also ZTE SV TL and QEHS TL for the same. Non-compliance report should be prepared and sent to Project coordinator and Project team Leader.
• Instruct Subcon’s TL for the any observed mistake, fully support and guideline subcon team for the 100% quality compliance.
• To be 100% oriented for the perfect result and happy customer.
• Site preparation for acceptance and acceptance with Customer.
• Reports to Regional Functional Manager(Team Leader) and Regional Manager
• Send daily report to line manager - Team Leader for the daily progress, about quality and EHS issues, highlight and suggest in case of any unclear situation or problem.
• EPMS Sign In 10 times a day from the site which SV responsible to. If SV got another task, then need to sign in with respective comments and results. Sign in far from site, over 50 meters is not acceptable.
• Submit the Quality Spot check report on regular basis in EPMS.
• Reporting for any deviations from the sites completion timeline forecasted before to respective manager with reason and details
• In case of missing equipment or materials, immediately report to line manager.
• Perform Bar code scanning and materials List preparation
• Ensure Subcon Sign In and Sign Out of into EPMS on regular basis.
• Make sure, all sites, assigned to SV, are being supervised 100% properly and correct, all reports, pictures collected/systemized and submitted to EPMS.
• Each major milestone should have a picture with good quality. Special attention for: Excavation area, cable laying, backfilling, Foundation rebar, formwork, casting, formwork removal, pole installation (verticality/correct location), Manhole construction on each stage.
• If SV has few sites per day, need to ensure that subcon sent good picture into wechat/EPMS before next stage of works execution, eg. Before casting need to check whether reinforcement done correct as per LLD.
