Job Description

End-user support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and initiatives, providing technical expertise and support as needed.
Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud server infrastructure, including provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting as well as Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and Ubuntu, across various server and workstation environments.
Administer and support network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN connections as well as cloud services and platforms, including Azure and AWS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and availability.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system resources to ensure high availability and performance.
Implement and enforce security measures to protect the organization's IT infrastructure from cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.
Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in IT infrastructure management and security to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Prepare purchase order for purchasing new equipment’s such as: desktop & laptop requirements of Canal+ Myanmar.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Administrator or similar role, with a strong background in managing and supporting IT infrastructure components and end-users.
Proficiency in administering on-premise and cloud server environments, including Azure and AWS.
Hands-on experience with network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN connections.
Strong knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions, monitoring systems, and security best practices.
