Manage the end-to-end software development life cycle, from project initiation to closure.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies.
Lead and motivate cross-functional development teams to achieve project objectives.
Identify and manage project risks, anticipating potential problems and proactively implementing solutions.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software products.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3 years of experience as a Software Development Project Manager or in a similar role.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering software projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
Ability to communicate well in both English and Burmese.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
