MTI is looking to add a talented Software Team Lead to help us accelerate the future work. The software development team Lead will work on and guide the development team.

• Analyze requirements, propose and present technical solution.
• Design, plan, and execute software development to support strategic objectives.
• Create documentation of user's requirements definition, estimates and work plans.
• Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.
• Working as a member of the Development Team and help the team to manage tasks and status of tasks.
• Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards. Participate in solution designs and related code review.
• Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.
• Provide third-level support to business users and reporting to Project Manager.

•    Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related fields and significant relevant experience.
•    Prior experience in a technical leadership position is preferred.
•    At least 5 years of professional experience in software development JAVA or Python. (Or other Object-Oriented Programming Language).
•    Good Knowledge of HTML 5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or vue.js.
•    5+ years working experienced with web services, JSON, REST, XML, SOAP, Web API and Cloud technologies.
•    Experience In-depth knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MSSQL, Oracle, Postgres, MySQL)
•    Strong skills in development tools: Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Version Control Tools (GitHub/SVN).
•    Experience in cloud server management.
•    Medium level with Front technology: Angular, Vue.js is bonus.
•    Good understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies and cloud security.
•    Overseeing team members and manage members task assignment.
•    Good communication and time management skills.
