What You’ll Do

As a mid-level engineer, you'll take ownership of key features and infrastructure in our AI video generation stack. You'll work across the stack — from intuitive front-end interfaces to scalable back-end systems — collaborating with engineers and founders to bring magical user experiences to life.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building interactive UI components using React for a seamless prompt-to-video workflow

• Developing and scaling backend services in Node.js and Python

• Integrating with multimodal LLMs and agents

• Designing and maintaining AWS services (Lambda, S3 etc.)

• Collaborating on prompt engineering and fine-tuning tools for better video generation UX

• Contributing to internal tools for dataset management, inference orchestration, and video previews

You Might Be a Fit If You

• Have 3–5 years of software engineering experience (startup experience a plus)

• Are fluent in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and cloud-native development

• Have worked with generative models (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.) or are eager to learn

• Thrive in fast-paced environments with ambiguous, creative challenges

• Value end-to-end ownership and care deeply about the user experience

• Are excited about shaping the early culture and tech foundations of an AI-native startup

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or RLHF

• Contributions to open-source AI tools or creative projects (bonus points for demos!)
