We are seeking an experienced and proactive ERP Developer with hands-on experience in both Odoo Enterprise and Odoo Community editions. The developer will work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and customers to deliver reliable Odoo ERP solutions across different business modules

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on business requirements.

· Work on both Odoo Enterprise and Community editions.

· Customize Odoo workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, menus, access rights, and business logic.

· Develop new Odoo modules and enhance existing modules using Python and XML.

· Work closely with functional consultants to understand business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions.

· Perform Odoo backend development, including models, views, security rules, server actions, automated actions, and scheduled jobs.

· Develop and customize Odoo reports using QWeb, PDF reports, Excel reports, and other reporting tools.

· Support integration between Odoo and third-party systems using APIs, REST, JSON-RPC, XML-RPC, webhooks, or connectors.

· Assist in data migration, data import/export, and database troubleshooting.

· Support Odoo deployment, configuration, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

· Troubleshoot technical issues and provide post-go-live support.

· Follow coding standards, version control practices, and proper documentation.

· Collaborate with project managers, QA teams, and implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years of hands-on Odoo development experience.

· Experience with both Odoo Enterprise and Odoo Community editions.

· Strong knowledge of Python, XML, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, HTML, CSS, and QWeb.

· Good understanding of Odoo framework, ORM, module structure, security, workflow, and reporting.

· Experience in developing custom Odoo modules from scratch.

· Experience in customizing standard Odoo modules such as: Accounting & Finance, Sales & CRM, Purchase, Inventory & Warehouse, Manufacturing, POS, HR & Payroll, Website/eCommerce

· Experience with Odoo API integration and third-party system integration.

· Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.

· Ability to troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and deployment problems.

· Good understanding of ERP business processes is preferred.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.

· Good communication and documentation skills.
