Customers are using TARA Software System products (TARA Restaurant System, Shop System, Spa System & Clinic System) since 2016 and we thank all our customers that are using our software systems and given us reviews.

Tara Aung Company is looking for a number of Software Service Specialist who has an appetite to be part of a fast-growing business and is keen to progress further with their careers.

  • Give Technical Support and resolve customer issues systematically online and on site 
  • Train customers to be good at using our software products 
  • Key areas of responsibility will be to support and train our users to be familiar with our software products.

Job Requirements

  • Able to do software demos online and on site effectively
  • Must pay great attention to detail and troubleshooting skills 
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills and happy to work in a small team or solo and collaboratively with developers and customers 
  • A drive for quality and the ability to find bugs at testing stage * Minimum bachelor’s degree

What we can offer

Benefits

Monday to Friday 09:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Lunch from 1:00 to 2:00 pm.
Office is closed on weekends & public holidays.
