Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Handel  Products documentation process and production materials.
  • Organize and file paperwork, including Stock In/Out, Goods Received, and Delivery Order.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
  • Record daily operation Inbound, outbound, Delivery Order, Purchase process in Excel and run in Mysoft System.
  • Make Monthly Stock balance for Finance Department and Weekly updated Stock balance for Sales Team.
  • Support inventory management activities, including ground stock checking and reconciling inventory discrepancies.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal related departments for documentation process.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss process improvements and smoothly operation.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate.
  • 2Years experience in a warehouse or logistics fields.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately maintain inventory records.
  • Ability to work with a Team, active and good communication.
