Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Lead daily store operations and ensure SOP compliance. 
  • Achieve sales, gross margin, and store performance targets. 
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues. 
  • Monitor inventory, stock availability, expiry, and shrinkage. 
  • Maintain merchandising, cleanliness, and store standards. 
  • Ensure cash, POS, and company assets are properly controlled. 
  • Work closely with the Pharmacist to support pharmacy compliance. 
  • Lead, coach, and develop the store team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail Management, Pharmacy, Marketing, or related field. 
  • 3–5 years of retail/supervisory experience. 
  • Pharmacy, Health & Beauty, supermarket, or convenience retail experience is preferred. 
  • Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and commercial skills. 
  • Target-driven, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
