Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Assist in the preparation of periodic financial reports
Develop presentations for senior management
Schedule regular senior level management meetings, departmental HBO Series and Films
Work closely with the key strategic acquisitions resources to develop accurate business cases
Manage team capacity and individual performance, ensuring awareness of overall status, risks and key milestones for all projects each team member is supporting or leading
Supporting the development of the overall activities
Develop strategic perspectives on new market opportunities including assessment of size, risks/benefits of opportunity
Manage and maintain frequently changing calendars via Outlook, including detailed meeting and appointment scheduling, coordination of departmental meetings, cross-functional meetings and cross-divisional meetings
