  1. Plan and deliver dynamic and differentiated lessons in the assigned subject area(s) to secondary students, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards and learning objectives.

  2. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes academic growth, critical thinking, and collaboration among students.

  3. Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, resources, and technologies to engage students and meet their diverse learning needs.

  4. Assess student learning through a variety of formative and summative assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback to support student progress and achievement.

  5. Collaborate with colleagues within the subject department and across subject areas to develop interdisciplinary units, projects, and assessments that promote cross-curricular connections.

  6. Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues to provide updates on student progress, academic expectations, and classroom activities.

  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and academic performance, using technology and administrative systems as required.

  8. Participate in departmental meetings, professional development activities, and school events to contribute to the ongoing improvement of teaching practice and the school community.

  9. Stay updated on current trends, best practices, and research in education, and incorporate new ideas and methodologies into teaching practice.

  10. Adhere to school policies, procedures, and code of conduct, promoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder.

  • Proven experience teaching subjects at the secondary level, preferably in an international or multicultural setting.

  • Strong subject knowledge and passion for secondary education.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.

  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.

  • Experience conducting laboratory experiments and investigations, with a commitment to safety and best practices.  (Science Teacher)

  • Deep knowledge and passion for English literature, language, and writing instruction.(English Teacher)

  • Experience using technology and digital tools to enhance mathematics instruction and student learning. (Maths Teacher)
