6. **Compliance and Documentation:**
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as FDA regulations, HACCP guidelines, and food safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production, quality control, inventory, and safety.
- Prepare reports and updates for management on production metrics, performance, and areas for improvement.
Proven experience in seafood processing or food manufacturing, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of seafood processing techniques, equipment, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and food safety protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
