Role Description

  • Monitor manufacturing variance 
  • Deliver Cost Effectiveness and improve Margin
  • Maintaining and supporting the Fixed asset module (asset capitalization, asset tagging, asset sighting, asset disposal)
  • Financial Partner to Supply Chain in all area including Plant Performance Review, Cost Reduction, Saving Initiatives, CEB Process
  • Analysis and Feasibility study to support business decision making
  • Product Cost Analysis and Review Material Cost Movement
  • Identify and drive cost saving initiatives
  • Supervise plant operation to comply with internal control ( SOX) & Colgate Financial Policy
  • Reconciling and recording the monthly accrual basics.
  • Involved in Plant Cost of sales preparation
  • Monitoring and control on inventory at plant

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree
  • 2 or 3 year experience in manufacturing accounting or cost accountant
  • Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Finance
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Able to connect and proficient with English.
