Conduct physical inventory checks for building & construction materials
Verify stock records against warehouse documents and system reports
Monitor inventory movement (inbound, outbound, transfers) and ensure accuracy
Check stock storage conditions and handling practices at warehouse sites
Assist in investigating stock variances and reporting discrepancies
Ensure compliance with company policies, audit standards
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock audit reports
Perform surprise spot-check audits when required
Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and finance teams
Maintain audit files and proper documentation
Support improvement initiatives for inventory control processes

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business / Supply Chain / Engineering
2 years of experience in auditing/warehouse/inventory is a plus
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Basic knowledge of stock audit and inventory control
MS Excel, Word, and basic computer knowledge
Good communication & teamwork skills
Attention to detail and honest work ethic
Willing to travel and conduct site audits
