Develop and implement Supply Chain Strategies and initiatives aligned with the Organization’s goals and objectives
Analyze market trends and demand patterns to forecast future supply chain needs and make data-driven decisions to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained based on product types.
Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure terms and conditions for procurement of raw materials, components, and services.
Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and good quality.
Oversee inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and optimize inventory turnover ratios.
Implement efficient inventory management to minimize wastage and reduce holding costs.
Coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
Optimize the transportation network to ensure timely delivery while minimizing transportation costs and collaborate with distribution partners and third-party logistics providers to enhance delivery efficiency.
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the supply chain processes and implement solutions for process optimization.
Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential supply chain disruptions and ensure compliance with legal regulations, industry standards, and company policies related to supply chain and logistics.
Mentoring the supply chain team by providing guidance, training, and motivation and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the supply chain team.

Job Requirements

English, Chinese (Preferrable)
Any Bachelor Degree or preferrable in Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven 3-5 years’ experience as a supply chain management, logistics, and procurement roles, preferably in a managerial capacity.
Must be able to evaluate business process and translate business process requirements into system design / enhancements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Comprehension and expression skills.
Planning and Execution Ability.
Strong ethics and integrity in dealing with suppliers and procurement processes.
