JOB SUMMARY

The employee provides support for lesson planning & materials; provides support for the homeroom teacher to conducts instruction and evaluates and assesses both instructional materials and student performance; organizes and participates in co-curricular activities. The Employee meets with parents, interprets and records students’ progress, and informs parents/guardians about students’ strengths, weaknesses and develops a learning improvement plan for each student.

•  Provide the teaching support for the homeroom teacher in subject or teaching area
•  Assist the communication with stakeholders in school in the form of recording of students’ progress, attendance and other important data or report
•  Display competence in both classroom and student management as well as display a professional attitude to personal and organizational development
•  Be responsible for co-curricular activities or other school activities as assigned
•  Take part in various school activities or other work-related duties as assigned
•  Present a positive role model for students that supports the mission of the school and maintains a professional relationship will all colleagues, students, parents, and community members

• Any bachelor's degree or equivalent education and ECCD certificate. (Having a diploma in education is advantageous)
• At least two years of teaching experience in international school.
• Excellent English 4 skills (Upper Intermediate Level)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and etc.
• Must have a good understanding of children's needs and be patient and nice to them.
• Proactive and cooperative with the needs of the organization.
• Ability to work within a dynamic team. 
• Communication skill and interpersonal skill.
