Job Requirements

Technical Requirements:
Java, J2EE, JavaScript, Servlet & JSP, Struts, Spring, MyBatis, Hibernate, Apache Tomcat, PostgreSQL (or) Oracle (Java is main and others are optional)

Skill and Other requirement

- At least 6 years’ experience in System Development and at least 2 year experience of project management
- System Development Experience in Java Projects (Spring MVC or Struts, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, JSP, SQL, etc.)
- Project Management Experience of tasks scheduling, quality control, progress and issues management
- Project planning, reporting, problem solving and communication skill.
- Can manage resource of 10 - 20 members in one project
- Good command of English, and can communicate in Japanese(JLPT N3 and above).
