  • Managing all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test
  • Maintain high-quality customer service and care during field visits or dispatches
  • Following schedule provided by service representative and completing jobs in a timely manner.
  • Ability to handle multiple types of products in different volumes              
  • produce timely and detailed service reports/vouchers
  • Properly obtaining and documenting customer complaints and taking
  • Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Certification in Related Filed
  • Minimum experience must be 3 years as Air Con repair & Maintenance Service
  • Must experience with customer service
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Able to travel if necessary across the country
