Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Perform the preventive maintenance as per schedule.
  • Arrange daily, monthly PM scheduled work followed yearly master schedule.
  • Check daily CM work, Permits, Memo, case list and follow up with SE for no pending job and assignment.
  • Check on-site of daily work activities and do closely monitoring CM work history and trend.
  • Interact to follow the company rules and develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and work as a team Diagnose and repair Extra Low Voltage system, building equipment to be ready to use at all time.
  • Monitors, coordinates and evaluates the performance of the contractors and sub-contractors.
  • Controlling and Operating for Electrical Lighting, PA, Air-con, Pumps and Generators of the Building.
  • Inform every Incident Report within 24 hours without fail.

Job Requirements

  • Good Technical Skills in Extra Low Voltage System and Basic Knowledge in Mechanical & Electrical Systems
  • At least 2 years of working experience in ELV engineering field
  • Bachelor Degree or B.Tech or A.G.T.I in (EP / EC ) 
  • Age between ( 25 - 40 ) 
  • Be able to work both independently and as a team
  • Hard-working, fast learning and patient
  • Able to work in shift and extra hours
  • Understand the safety working producers ( PTW, Emergency Isolation )
