  • Maintain to quotation and tender management policies and practices in performing daily tasks.
  • Perform tender process and documents contact controls.
  • Follows up the tender opening at the construction project.
  • Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of government procurement regulations.
  • Responsible for the contract Sign with the clients.
  • Keep Pricing and other confidential information.
  • Prepare Tender Quotation and Tender Report.
  • Participates in the tender meeting.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate and related subject will be preferred.
  • Age between (20~35) years.
  • Minimum 2 year experience in sales / tender is advantageous.
  • Proficient Computer Skills. ( Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Need Good Presentation Skills.
  • Travel if required.
