  • Develop and execute brand strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and preferences, and use this information to guide product development and marketing initiatives
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure that all marketing materials and product packaging adhere to these guidelines
  • Work closely with senior marketing business partners and product development teams to ensure that new products are aligned with the company's brand identity and meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective merchandising strategies that maximize sales and enhance the customer experience
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges, and adjust strategies as needed
  • Manage budgets for brand and merchandising initiatives, and ensure that all spending is aligned with the company's financial objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and industry influencers
  • Track and report on key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of brand and merchandising initiatives
  • Work closely with and report to Brand & Merchandising Manager as well as cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales to ensure the brand message is effectively communicated to customers through all channels

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 years working in trade or channel marketing role
  • Strong knowledge of BTL marketing
  • Proven ability to manage large scale distribution (nationwide)
  • Good English, fluent in Burmese and excellent overall communication skills.
