Job Description

Develop comprehensive trade marketing plans to support overall marketing and sales strategy.
Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Collaborate with the sales and production team to align trade marketing initiatives with business goals.
Develop promotional materials, dispalys, and collateral to enhance product visibility.
Create and execute marketing campaigns tailored for different trade channels, including Modern Trade, Ecommerce, retailers and distributors.
Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI on trade marketing initiatives.
Monitor expenses and provide regular reports on budget utilization.
Track and analyse the performance of trade marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree graduated. (with sales/ marketing diploma holder will be of great advantage)
Position requires to travel all around Myanmar.
Experience in BTL activities including roadshow, promotion events, trade promotion & POSM activities.
Must be a strong team player with planning and organizing skills.
Cando spirit , adaptable and creative thinking personalities.
