Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Participates in managing liquidity interest rate risk, the capital entity structure, and capital planning
  • Looking after short-term and long-term funding requirements of business clients
  • Liaising with the treasury team from other banks for interbank FX trading, government securities and money market,
  • Responsible for the profitability of the dealing room including the bank’s money market, foreign exchange trading activities, and all financial products of the bank
  • Assist the Head of Treasury in achieving the target
  • Investigate the market cash rate and transfer rate
  • Execute external and internal FX, FX forward, and FX Swap Deals
  • Deal with Treasury back-office activities to ensure confirmation and settlement are done correctly and on time
  • Assist the daily cash management, processing, reconciliation, and reporting including margin and settlement of spot trading
  • Monitoring MRR, interbank transactions, and nostro balances daily
  • Arrange the funds to proceed with the payment for outward remittance, trade, and non-trade transactions
  • Attending CBM online trading meetings on a daily basis
  • Travel as required

  • Any Bachelor's degree and financial knowledge is preferred
  • Treasury dealer position must have relevant experience
  • Treasury dealers need strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, assess risk, and make informed trading decisions.
  • Effective communication skills are crucial for interacting with clients, colleagues, and other market participants.
  • Treasury dealers must adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing the trading of securities.
