  • Strong in inventory control, manage warehousing process and managing budget
  • Prepare for the manufacturing processes, the warehouse department has the machinery and the products to be stored and distributed properly.
  • Strong in warehousing management
  • Handling ALL Warehouse stock checking, Balancing & placing.
  • Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
  • Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
  • Assisting with deliveries where required and overseeing receiving operation.
  • Managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of warehouse goods
  • Motivating, organizing, and disciplining staff
  • Ensuring effective, safe operations by implementing procedures and policies.
  • Implementing operational policies and procedures
  • Implement and achieve for KPI
  • Maintain proper entry/exit records of the stores
  • Regarding project & production process, internal and external (ordering) documents are properly checked and received according to BOQ.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduated
  • Minimum 5 years in Warehouse Management 
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and team working sills across function department
  • Experience with international Warehouse Process and apply the best practice
  • Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Evaluates the performance of staff within direct supervision and recommend performance improvement procedures as necessary
