Purpose of the role

           Supervise day-to-day operations of the warehouse, inventory accuracy by inventory tracking system to record inbounds/outbounds, warehouse staff’s productivities, warehouse space utilization, warehouse general maintenance and logistics coordination.

Main Duties:

• Maintain ground stock alignment with the inventory portal system by performing regular stock audit and cycle counting
• Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
• Inspect the levels of supplies and usages to identify shortages
• Ensure stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from operation.
• Designing and implementing an inventory tracking system for optimized inventory control procedures.
• Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
• Create detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations and stock levels
• Evaluating new inventory, ensuring it’s ready to deliver to zones
• Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus
• To analyze, monitor and report quality of spares parts, batteries, PE and DG
• Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met
• Record and prepare daily transaction and inventory report for management review
• Establish procedures for delivery and return of all assets into and out of the warehouse including fresh stock replenishment of all items in warehouse including assessment of quality of these items
• Providing operation with spare information and availability, estimated time of arrival of spare and recommendations
• Maintaining efficient space utilization in the warehouse, shelving, equipment handling standards and supervision of warehouse staff
• Monitoring warehouse energy usage, fuel usage
• Experience in logistic coordination, warehouse layout planning and materials handling and Keep to the latest safety regulations and standards

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience as Inventory Supervisor or similar position
• Proficiency in Excel, Warehouse Management Systems and Inventory portals
• Must have fair knowledge of PE and DG in telecommunications, preferably with a telecommunications background.
• Knowledge of 5S, FIFO & ABC analysis
• Strong organizational, planning and time management abilities with reliability and trustworthy
• Knowledge of Safety Standards and Risk Management
