• Supervise daily warehouse and office operations

• Oversee receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, consolidation, dispatch, returns, and exchanges.

• Ensure accurate order picking and on-time delivery of the correct SKUs and quantities to the right stores.

• Enforce FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures and monitor stock rotation to minimize expiry and wastage.

• Ensure stocks are always accurate between system and ground

• Conduct daily spot checks and cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure all system transactions are completed before the end of each business day.

• Monitor aging stocks, near-expiry items, expired products, and damaged goods, and submit regular reports to management.

• Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized

• Monitor operating costs, optimize resource utilization, and implement measures to improve productivity and reduce losses.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve operational issues and improve order fulfillment and delivery performance.

• Identify process improvements and ensure warehouse operations meet established targets and service standards.

    • Any graduate, and retail background will be advantage

    • Minimum [3] year of relevant experience

    • Good communication skills, problem solving skills and negotiation skills

    • Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    • Must be willing to work shifts/flexible to work overtime as often as required

    • Honest, responsible, hardworking, and a team player.
