A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Receive and inspect incoming products against Purchase Orders (POs), Delivery Orders (DOs), invoices, and other relevant documents.
  • Prepare and maintain Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and all related receiving documents.
  • Inspect incoming goods for damage, incorrect specifications, and quantity discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile stock balances with system records.
  • Ensure Delivery Notes, Stock Issue Vouchers, and other relevant documents are completed accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with warehouse safety rules and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant educational qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or store operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Experience handling wire cable products, electrical materials  products is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, warehouse documentation, and stock control procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management or warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to lead a team, solve operational problems, and coordinate with different departments.
