1. Maintenance & Repair Audit 

• Check completed repair and maintenance works to ensure correct procedures and proper documentation. 

• Verify spare parts usage, labor hours, and service reports for accuracy. 

• Identify issues, mismatches, or non-standard practices. 

2. Installation & Technical Verification 

• Inspect equipment and facility installations to confirm they meet technical specifications and safety standards. 

• Validate performance before handover and report any deviations. 

3. Market Price & Cost Check 

• Conduct market price comparisons for spare parts, tools, and engineering services. 

• Review vendor quotations and ensure pricing is reasonable and aligned with market rates. 

4. Purchasing & Asset Control 

• Audit engineering-related purchases to ensure items match approved specifications and quantities. 

• Inspect delivered items and verify quality, serial numbers, and warranties. 

• Support correct asset tracking and documentation. 

5. Reporting & Compliance 

• Maintain clear audit records, checklists, and photo evidence. 

• Prepare summary reports on findings, risks, and improvement recommendations. 

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety guidelines, and procurement rules. 

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field. 
• 3 – 5  years experience in maintenance, engineering, technical inspection, or audit-related work. 

• Good understanding of mechanical/electrical systems and repair processes. 

• Ability to read technical drawings and evaluate work quality. 

• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and high integrity. 

• Basic knowledge of procurement or cost evaluation is a plus. 

• Proficient in MS Excel and digital reporting tools. 

• Able to travel to sites as needed.
