A Big Opportunity for ...

System Maintenance:
• Work closely with the system vendors and users to eliminate system bugs
• Conduct system review and testing
• Ensure delivery of quality solutions within the agreed timeline

System Enhancements:
• Manage changes to baseline requirements with the use of effective application change control processes.

Business As Usual Process:
• Maintain the distributed databases, ensures high performance, and response to requests from the front-end
• Troubleshoot and investigate help desk tickets submitted by end users
• Prepare application issue reports

Data Extraction:
• Support business users with extracting required data to be able to make business decisions and to meet business goals

Implementing New Core PAS:
• Participate in the migration of the existing core system to the new enterprise core insurance system

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Bachelor of Information Technology /Computer Science
• Working knowledge in Java, an enterprise RDBS (e.g. Oracle, MS SQL Server) or knowledge in reporting tools (e.g. Jasper, Crystal Report) is preferred
• Articulate and proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• A logical approach to problem solving;
• Very good knowledge in SDLC and OOP
• Good interpersonal skills with strong technical ability to manage system maintenance and change control
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Knowledge of various personal and commercial lines of insurance products is an added advantage
