PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

• The point of contact for the customer and handles the distribution of the brand or set of brands within assigned outlets
• Responsible for building and maintaining strong professional relationships with customers, ensuring visibility, achievement of sales targets and delivery of high quality customer service to all targeted channels

RESPONSIBILITY

• Prepare routing plan based on territory and follow RSEM routing
• Ensure sales execution according to PICOS – (NND, TP, and SOS)
• Ensure stocks are enough and recommend selling prices based on the segment
• Collect and report the information of competitor’s promotion, activation, and market feedback to the Key Account Executive
• Execute promotions (work together with Trade Marketing for POSM arrangement and check promotion is going well and consumer feedback) and report to KA Executive.
• Building a network and improving relationships with key customers by complying with HEINEKEN Ways for Sales procedures
• Follow and comply with HEINEKEN Life Saving Rules
• Deliver sales volume to achieve the monthly & annual sales targets
• Able to handle the customers complains in a professional manner
• Focus on the acquisition of new customers

Education & Other Qualifications

• At least Bachelor Degree
• At least 3 years working experience in FMCG Field or Beer industry

Experience & Knowledge

• Good skills in Microsoft Excel
• Self-motivated, interpersonal, and communication skills
• The ability to lead the implementation of innovation
• Willing to learn and take extra work, and working under pressure
• Good in English
• Myanmar Language is a must
