An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency in all aspects of the restaurant.
  • Maintain high standards for food preparation, cleanliness, and customer service.
  • Monitor restaurant performance metrics and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring start and end to each day.
  • Assist in hiring, training, and developing team members to achieve high performance.
  • Provide on-the-job coaching and guidance to staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support staff development
  • Support the General Manager in controlling costs related to food, and supplies.
  • Monitor cash handling procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Ensure an outstanding customer experience by addressing customer complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring timely service.
  • Train staff on customer service best practices to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Oversee guest feedback collection and implement improvements to elevate customer experience.
  • Support the General Manager in fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead by example, setting high standards for professionalism, work ethic, and customer service.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in a fast food or quick-service restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and customers.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in handling high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environments.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires standing for extended periods.
