About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Assistant General Manager – HR (People Operations) to lead workforce planning, HR analytics, and people operations excellence. The role focuses on driving organizational efficiency through data-driven decision making, effective manpower planning, payroll accuracy, performance management, and adaptive HR policies that support both business growth and employee engagement.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
🔍 Workforce Planning & Analytics
📊 Develop and execute workforce and manpower planning strategies aligned with business needs.
📈 Lead HR data analysis & reporting to provide actionable insights to senior management.
🔮 Monitor workforce trends and forecast future talent requirements.
🏢 Organizational Control (OC) & HR Operations
📋 Design and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and OKRs to strengthen operational effectiveness.
⚖️ Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal controls, and governance standards.
🔧 Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
💰 Payroll & Benefits
🕒 Oversee accurate and timely payroll management.
🎁 Introduce and manage adaptive benefits programs to meet diverse employee needs.
🤝 Partner with Finance to ensure compliance in compensation planning and reporting.
🚀 Performance & Career Development
🧾 Lead performance appraisal cycles, promotions, and talent review processes.
📚 Support development of career growth frameworks and succession planning.
🌟 Ensure transparency and fairness in recognition and reward systems.

🎯 What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (MBA or HR specialization preferred).
5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in people operations or HR leadership.
Strong expertise in workforce planning, HR analytics, payroll, and performance management.
Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll software, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel).
Knowledge of labor laws, organizational design, and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable HR strategies.
