Job Prupose

• To support and manage daily logistics operations by supervising teams, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery, coordinating with related departments, and solving on-ground challenges. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth operational flow, reducing order backlogs, and supporting system and process improvements while aligning with business needs

Job Description

• Operation
• Manage daily logistics activities including transportation, dispatch, receiving, and delivery.
• Monitor route planning and truck departure/arrival times to minimize delays and improve delivery efficiency.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, and Sales departments to align logistics execution with operational needs.
• Team Supervision
• Lead logistics team (Assistants & Clerks) with clear direction.
• Manage attendance, shift planning, and handle performance and discipline issues.
• Provide regular feedback and build team accountability.
• System & Process Management
• Ensure proper documentation, SO records, and goods movement tracking are up to date and accurate.
• Implement and monitor SOPs related to delivery, dispatch, and stock returns.
• Support ERP/system transitions and data accuracy (e.g., MBC to O2 migration).
• Reporting & Coordination
• Report on daily dispatch, delivery status, and pending SO/DO.
• Highlight operational bottlenecks and coordinate resolutions with AGM.
• Represent the department in coordination meetings.
• Improvement & Planning
• Identify and address process gaps, delays, and miscommunication.
• Monitor workload and propose staffing or process changes as needed.
• Assist in backlog clearance and ensure flow continuity

Education & Qualification

• Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Certification in supply chain or warehouse management.

Experience

• 5+ years in logistics/supply chain operations.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or mid-level leadership role (FMCG or distribution preferred).

Preferred Additions

•  Able to handle change-related stress and fast adaptation during transitions (e.g., MBC to O2 system change).
•  Experience in managing double workloads during system migration or manual/automated transition phases.
