1. Manage Sale and Marketing daily administrative tasks and monthly report
2.Gather and analyze information and manager's requested tasks Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics
3.Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events
4.Coordinate and follow up to sale, marketing, design and content teams to generate digital and print advertising material
5.Maintain and update impeccable records of sales and marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
6.Prepare and deliver regular sales and marketing forecasting reports
7. Communicate company internal cross departments and follow up .
8. Managing manager's meeting appointments and schedules.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

1. Bachelor's Degree in Communications , Marketing, or other related field, and at least 1 years related experience .
2.Successful work experience as personal assistant , secretary or similar position
3.Strong working knowledge of administrative, marketing and sales industry , including digital tools and techniques
4.Excellent computer skills , including Microsoft Office Excel , PowerPoint and Emailing.
5.Exceptional communication and presentation skills
6.Very good command of English and prefer the Chinese language as a second language.
