Assistant Vice President (HR BP - HR Department)                                         

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Perform a middle role between Business Units and HR Department to ensure all HR functions running smoothly in timeline
    • Work closely with Business Units’ Head to identify manpower requirement, training and development, performance management to achieve their KPIs
    • Assist to Business Units’ Head to prepare Job Descriptions for job openings
    • Supporting Business Units’ Head for HR issues and advise them for the action plans
    • Perform other duties assigned by Head of Department

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree (or) other relevant academic backgrounds (MBA degree holder and International graduate is preferable!)
    • Age between 28 ~ 40 years old
    • Have at least 5 years of working experience in Recruiting and Selection field
    • Sound knowledge of HR best practices and local labor law
    • Good understanding of all HR related functions, SOPs and guidelines
    • Good presentation skill, communication skill, negotiation skill and problem solving skill
    • Ability to travel to remote area as necessary
    • Computer literate and proficient in English (Written and Verbal)
    • Myanmar Nationality Only
