• Coordinating with other departments within an organization to ensure that delivery are completed on time • Developing, documenting, and implementing operational policies and procedures. • Monitoring operational performance to identify areas for improvement or adjustments in workers or training requirements. • Providing leadership in the event of an emergency or disaster recovery operations. • Coordinating with vendors to ensure that materials are delivered on time and in good condition for used in production. • Oversight of management and maintenance of an organizational delivery • Service issues- failure or incidentals. • Concerning matters with government offices related to general administrative work. • Undertake other general administrative duties as reasonably required by the Strategy and Operations team.

• Any graduate with certificate of diploma holders (related filed) • Ability to lead a team, be proactive and possessive initiative abilities. • Proficient in application of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Internet, Email, etc. • Possess leadership skills and communication skills. • Minimum 3-4 Years’ Experience in a similar role • Able to do fleet control and management. • Manage ground operations and Vehicle (Cars & Motorcycle) • Must have Freight Logistics or Cargo or Express Courier background
