  • To achieve sales target and development their own branch.
  • Target breakdown by Channels (Volume and Cash).
  • Weekly follow up by target achievement.
  • To meet all WS-A and selected WS-B people by monthly schedules.
  • To set up the daily/weekly plan for salespeople and monitoring.
  • Monthly review for strength and weakness of operation and corrective action taken.
  • To review detail debtor by weekly and overdue debtor by daily.
  • To review and check the monthly expenditure from Branch accountant.
  • To monitor the exclusive outlets through channels people according to the market visit schedule and taken the corrective action.
  • To co-ordinate with cross functional department (Especially Supply Chain, Finance and Trade Marketing).
  • To report the market visit feedback by monthly.
  • To train and explain the salespeople for channel objectives and what should they do.
  • To set up the rolling forecasting by quarterly.
  • Every marketing information from HO should be explained to salespeople.
  • Must do the cross functional meeting (Sales, Trade marketing, Supply Chain, QC and Production) once in every two weeks’ time.
  • To explain every promotion activity to the operation team.
  • Need to operate all administration purpose for their designated Branch.
  • To follow up the trip plan.
  • To negotiate every activity with Trade marketing Manager, Executives and Team Leader.
  • To co-ordinate with Supply Chain and Sales team for achievement of channel objectives.
  • To define the key reseller for delivery services (Unlimited)
  • To follow and negotiate the HR and admin policy.
  • To check regularly for cash balance (Book and Ground)
  • To check and sign the GRG supply chain and Sales expenses.
  • Explain corporate strategy map to all staff in branch by schedule.
  • Explain Sales strategy map to Sales staff in branch by schedule.
  • To coordinate and prepare monthly BSC report to HO
  • Supervise the development of the Branch sales forecast.
  • Conduct function and department meetings on designated days.
  •  Check and follow up on sales and collection achievements.
  • Discuss the area distribution operations with the sales co-ordinate twice a week.
  • Prepare monthly market visit summaries report to NSM.
  • Visit all sales territories by schedule. (According to Trip Plan)

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Interpersonal skill
  • People Management ability.
  • Leadership skill.
  • Excellent in Planning and Reporting
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS office
  • Qualification in Sales and Marketing field
  • 5 years experiences in Sales and Marketing, 3 years of which has to in a managerial responsibility in FMCG or Beverages industry.
