We are looking for a business analyst with experience gathering requirements with customers from Business units and IT Teams. The position requires strong analytical skills, ability to liaise with multiple parties involved in each project.

  • Liaise with stakeholders to identify business needs
  • Understand and analyze requirement and transtate the requirement into a functional solution
  • Support the staff and teams in making the recommended changes, including helping to resolve any issues.
  • Based on requirement gathered, prepare use cases and other related documents to user Sign Off and test cases
  • Plan and execute functional and System Integration Test.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing
  • Required to work closely with the business units and the technical development teams on all system implementation projects as well as maintenance ones
  • Assist in supporting multiple applications systems and platform

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, Management and/or other relevant qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of IT Business Analysis experience
  • Willingness and ability to learn relevant skills and tools on the job
  • Good communication and negotiation skill
  • Ability to multitask and work on tight schedules.
  • Excellent communication skills(verbal and written) in both Myanmar and English languages
